Shipping:

 

Please allow up to 7 working days for processing time and a further 1 -3 working days for postage time. Please contact us via email if You need your items faster. We will do our best to provide the best service.

How does it work?

​

 

All parcels up to 2 kg are sent via Royal Mail services. Parcels 2-10 kg will be posted via Hermes/DHL.

You can nominate the parcel to be left in a safe place or with the neighbour if no one is home.  You have multiple postage choices to suit your needs the best. 

 

We offer FREE LOCAL COLLECTION in person and FREE LOCAL DELIVERY  for orders over 17 pounds only in Huntingdon Area (and neighbouring villages)

Please allow up to 5 -7 days for processing time but can be earlier.

Wait for the confirmation email before the collection. A confirmation email and ID will be necessary upon collection. The prices are as follow:

 

P&P Royal Mail  2nd Class £3.70  up to 2 kg and 2 -3 working days delivery aim after the dispatch

P&P Royal Mail  1st Class £4.80 up to 1 kg and 1 -2 working days aim after the dispatch

​

​

P&P Courier for parcels over 2kg  £7.69 2-10 kg and 1 - 3 working days aim after the dispatch

 

Packing

​

At Studio Cloud Nine, we are using variety of posting materials in which some of them may be recycled and reused from our supplies orders. We are using cardboard boxes and Eco packing peanuts, made with 100% recyclable starches. Occasionally with some of our special designs products we will be using bubble wrap for extra protection. We are tending to reuse as many packing & posting material possible to minimize the landfill waste.
