At Studio Cloud Nine, all our products are 100% handmade. We ensure the products delivered to You are of best quality. We taken the best care to describe our products the closest way possible. Please be aware that minor differences, cracks or misshapes of the product may occur and they are there from the manufacturing. It is perfectly normal with handmade products and that should not me mistaken with the item being damaged. In case of those minor occurrences the claims of the refund will not be considered.

Studio Cloud Nine is a small family business. we are dependent on many UK suppliers in which some of them are also small businesses. Occasionally, the prices for our materials change. We reserve the right to change our product prices with out further notice.

At Studio Cloud Nine our products design changing during the year and seasons but scents remain the same. Be prepared that some items you previously ordered may be not available at all times during the year. We are using many different molds, shapes and sizes. All our products have personalized unique name. Look around all categories, You may find the same product in the different shape.

Don't see product to suit You? Having special wish? On some occasions we may be able to offer custom made product (within our scent range) to suit your needs. Contact us with your queries. Additional time of 10 days to fulfill custom orders.
