Welcome to Studio Cloud Nine WHOLESALE GROUP.

This group is strictly focused on wholesale and we will be offering prepared bundles.

​

We are in the business since 2017 and we have been approached on many occasions by other businesses which were interested in Wholesale of our products. In those days we were not ready to take this big task on our shoulders but as we have gain more experience and progressed with our own business plan, we are finally ready to bring you our new collection of Bath Bombs, Whipped Soaps, Sugar and Salt Body Scrubs, Shampoo and Conditioner Bars.

In the future we will be expanding our range and will be introducing more scents and other variety of bath and body products.

RULES FOR BUYERS:

1.) We accept payments via PayPal or via Bank Transfer, Clearpay and Laybuy (invoice can be provided upon request).

​

2.) All enquiries should be made via our business email info@studiocloudnine.org as we won’t be accepting any private messages through Facebook at this time.

​

3.) The shipment will be made via courier Hermes or UPS. We ship only to UK customer excluding Northern Ireland.

4.) Processing times on all wholesale Pre-orders is currently 8-12 working days

5.) Choose correct WHOLESALE POSTAGE at the checkout.

6.) Each Bundle contains 5 items per scent. MINIMUM ORDER IS £100.

​

7.) It is not permitted to be adding any of our retail products to your shopping cart while purchasing wholesale bundles. If you desire to purchase single retail products, simply make another purchase with free local pick up to avoid additional postal charges and we will add it to your wholesale order.

8.) LABELING OF THE PRODUCTS

• All our products can come as fully labelled and ready to sell

• We also offer White Labels only, which contain all relevant information about the product such as ingredient list, warnings, batch code, manufacturers info. These have to be included on each re-sold product at all times and you can only add your own branding.

 

It is important to keep the original labels provided with each item from the manufacturer as it is a legal requirement directed by EU legislation. Those who will not follow this rule will be reported to Trading Standards.

9.) IMAGE RIGHTS

Studio Cloud Nine is the only owner with all rights to our images unless it has been stated otherwise, such as direct permission. We can provide images to all our products which will be protected by our company’s water mark. You must never claim that you made these products. This applies at all times. Those who will break this rule will be automatically removed from the group.

​

10.) All Complaints and Refund enquiries will be handled as soon as possible. Please contact us on our email info@studiocloudnine.org.

If you are cancelling your order because you've changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods if the goods have already been dispatched. Products must be undamaged, unused, unopened and remain in their original packing, fit for resell.

If You are cancelling your order before your goods were shipped we will refund your order value and shipping.
